Our personal and professional lives are filled with opportunities, challenges, ambiguities, stress and hard-won insights. Many of us have found that as our responsibilities grow, we cut back on close relationships with peers that help anchor us. Wouldn’t it be great to have a team of fellow Sloanies, who want to know you well, to help you navigate wisely?
Sloan Peer Coaching Roundtables are groups of 8-12 Sloan MBA/MS/PhD and Fellows Alumni who commit to meet regularly to help each another grow personally and professionally by creating a forum of trust, candor and constructive support.
These forums provide the on-going perspective of peers that enable us to grow, build stronger relationships and make better decisions. They also enable us to leverage the lessons we’ve learned to help one another.
